Installing tc

• Download from one of the mirrors (Alexey's site is slow)

  • ftp://ftp.crc.ca/pub/systems/linux/ip-routing
    • file: iproute2-current.tar.gz
    • anything > ss990530 has the ingress and diffserv config

• good idea to first compile the kernel

• change the upper most Makefile to point to the kernel include path

• make
